OUR CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
!! PLEASE CANCEL APPOINTMENTS 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE!!
**** We ask that if do not think you are going to be able to make your appointment PLEASE CANCEL 24 HOURS in advance or you will be charged the FULL COST of your appointment scheduled (discount pricing does not apply)****
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way that and unexpected things happen that were not planned for (i.e. having to stay late for work, woke up sick…ect…), however, when you book an appointment with us you are entering into an agreement where you agree to come to your scheduled appointment time, and we agree to be there to provide you services. If you do not cancel within 24 hours we are unable to fill those time slots which causes us to lose money. If you don’t show up, we don’t get paid…
If you do miss an appointment and we don’t have a valid card on file, your name is added to our “NO-SHOW” LIST until the outstanding balance has been paid. You will not be allowed to schedule another appointment without paying for the missed appointment time. Our time is valuable too, and “no shows” cost us time and money. Thank you for understanding and we look for to seeing you.
